The mission of the Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (IEHS) is to apply advanced research approaches to understand and mitigate the deleterious effects of the urban industrial environment on human health. The IEHS is committed to building strong transdisciplinary research teams to meet the challenges of the changing urban environment.
