With input from the community, CURES will monitor stressors in the environment and correlate this spatial mapping with health outcomes using innovative bioinformatics and biostatistical support.

Laboratory animal and cell-based models will be utilized to tease apart complex environmental exposures and gain mechanistic insight into disease development.

The Exposure Signatures Facility Core (ESFC) will apply high resolution "omics" technologies (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics) to place environmental research within a holistic systems biology approach.
